Hire a Room at Eastlea Community Centre
Room hire for all occasions including special events, birthday parties, stage shows, concerts, fayres, meetings and training days.
Main Hall
Our main hall is fully fitted with a stage and a stage lighting and music system. It can be hired as a half or full venue, with separate kitchen hire also available if needed.
Our Rates:
- Large Hall - £40 per hour
- Half Hall - £20 per hour
- Stage / Stage Lighting - £35 per event

Kitchen
Our fully-equipped kitchen area is clean and safe to use. Kitchen hire includes use of its two microwaves, sink, fridge-freezer, two ovens, and range-style gas hob.
Our rates:
- Up to three hours / part thereof - £20
Birthday Parties Special Rate
We offer a discounted rate of £66 for two hours hire of the Large Hall. This also includes 45 minutes of additional time for setting up / tidying the room.
This is our basic party rate and is for use of the hall only.
Additional usage of our kitchen is £20 for up to three hours usage.
Hallmark Accreditation
Eastlea Community Centre is proud to have gained the Hallmark Levels 1 and 2 with ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England). These are quality standards schemes, rewarding and recognising good practice for village halls and community buildings.
Saturday and Sunday Opening
The centre is available to hire on Saturday and Sunday for functions such as birthday celebrations and wedding receptions. We would be happy to discuss your event with you and will provide further details upon request. Please contact us for more information.
